Did you ever feel so angry

And what you have to say

has nowhere to go



Your heart is twisted

And your minds a wreck

And there’s no one to know



Did you ever feel so lonely

That you’re emptier than ____

And haven’t seen anyone all day



You know how you feel

And you know what to say

But there isn’t a way



Ever been so swallowed by Love

That the thoughts and the feelings

Can make you feel free



But the light for your eyes

Is so far away

That you can no longer see



In order to live

You need to feel

& there’s many reasons to cry



But the best ones because

Your heart burns

And words don’t fly.
