When I get knocked down

I come back around

I will always be me



Not much I can say

When things don’t go my way

I will always be free



It’s how hard I tried

Not to get denied

It’s my destiny



I will never run away

When things don’t go my way

I will stand my ground

Never waiting to be found



There’s gonna be times that are tuff

But that won’t be enough

To bring me down low



People that steer me wrong

Make me think I belong

But I will always know



That I can’t give up

Been through it long enough

I will continue to grow



My eyes have opened to god

I’ve got my mind out the fog

I’ve kept my goals in range

I’ve worked hard to change
