The voice.

I fell on the bed, tired of the weary day

And the memories that won't fade.

Yet another day has passed, No signs of a conversation

Or even a word, A simple hello that would brighten up my world.

Just like that light above my head

The light that fails to brighten the gray

A Gray, that's what my life has reduced into

And a world of lonliness to which im succumbed to.

Out of nowhere a voice was heared,

Memories flashed and the vision was blurred.

The voice grew louder and the lone heart started  to beat.

The same voice which used to sweep me off the feet.

She was standing next to me,

First there was agony and then glee.

Words wanted to come out for they were suppressed since ages,

They didn't have any listener, and were only found in pages.

We talked about our happy times,

Of those sunny days and my silly rhymes.

The time paused and was full of mirth,

Finally I found joy on earth.

Slowly she was getting pale,

It was quick and hard to bear,

Like the erratic cloud over the vast vale,

She slowly began to dissappear.

Bewildered was I at this point,

Wondering what i had just seen.

Doubtful of my own existence,

I woke up from my dream.

She taught me that love was divine,

It was not about your's or mine.

It was all about the trust we kept,

I realized that when she left.
