You were
my strength
heart and soul
I miss you
and wonder
why
you found it
necessary
to leave me
alone
lost
bewildered
with no explanation
struggling
to understand....
Do you not know
that I can never
forget you
or what you meant
to me
You gave me
back my life
my dreams
You were
my best friend
sweet angel
my heart
Now there is just a hole
where once you were
shadows
of shattered dreams
a gaping wound
that will not heal
But I shall abide
your wishes
not contact you
if but one thing
you grant me
A word
now and then
letting me know
you are still alive

That is the hardest part to deal with... when someone leaves and gives no reason or explanations for their leaving...
