Please no not tonight

I don’t want play pretend

When we all know how this is going to end



I don’t want to be here anymore –I’ll shut the door

I don’t want to live like this again –Enough with pretend



If you want to treat me right, babe

Please don’t fight anymore

If you want to stay as one soul

Please say to me you will be here

And if you want to be my one and only

Please just take a breath and tell me it’ll be alright

I feel as if we’re cold tonight

Please try to make it right

I am sick of being the only one

To try and make everything fit together
