My Sleeping Beauty

Tonight, I am staying up late again thinking of you...
How do you do it to sleep without your satin threads?
And somehow manage to sleep with just a shoe lace...
Peaceful like the angels when visioned in their slumber,
Prosperously covered with an opulent earth like knit
Artificial winds blow currents of your Burberry perfume
And somehow loving the way you conquer our queen bed
While I stare, writing of your features I should embrace;
I could stay up listening to your defined breathing yearns
But, in passionate tranquility, comfort to you is my priority...

My Sleeping Beauty

I like this poem very much...It was a pleasure to read...And I also like the length of your poetry...
