'06 The Roads in my Body

Folder:
2006

Funny how it seemed

time crept suddenly

Not really a funny situation

when your body has an invasion

Everything ran smoothly

the things were meant to be

A hot day sweating, pouring

probably a typical spring

A sudden ache on the chest

So young and stressed

this can't be happening

Why is it stopping?

collapsing on the dirt

everthing begins to hurt

An attack!

(Black...)

wake on a sunny afternoon

hoping to get out of here soon

Apparently there was a road block

something wasn't getting through and went into shock

From there on life changed as I new it

heaven knows I was given a chance even after I blew it

Where to start, correct the jam in my veins

A good health I'll try to maintain without complain

Many things to do

organizations, volunteer, just because

People to LOVE,

and YOURSELF TOO.

I hope this didn't really happen to you, but I like what this poem is meant for...
