Poems From High School Days When someone needed someone,
just to listen,
I was there
with an ear to listen.
When somone needed someone,
to protect them,
I was there
ready to sheild them.
When someone needed someone,
to share a joyous occasion,
I was there
eager to hear of the occasion.
If someone needs someone,
to mend a brokenheart,
I will be there
with a box of band-aids.
If someoe needs someone,
to take them out of it,
I will be there
wit reason and caring in my heart.
But whenever I needed someone
to help hold me together,
no one is ever there,
noone is there when I'm crahing and burning.
