when he tells you that he loves you

and it all just seems so true

thats when he'll just walk away

you won't know what to do.

and when the telephone is ringing

he's crying on the other end

this is where it all starts

the beginning of the end.

when your feeling at your lowest

for ever letting him go

you try to just ignore it

so that no one will ever really know.

when this world just keeps on going

and you feel like the only one

you cry softly to yourself at night

and think what have i done?

but the thing you do not realize

your captivated by all the lies

the love that you've been needing

lies right there in his eyes.

and as you look at this one

your feelings start to shift

all those thoughts you had for him

seem to no longer exist.

you've met someone new

and never thought you would

but your heart has been trying to tell you

all this time that you could.

he makes you forget about all of the pain

the lonlyness seems to disappear

but you cant help but wonder

will he too cause you tears?

so you think to yourself

just take things very slow

things have a way of working themselves out

soon it will all start to show.
