+ 2ND POEMS: With Christians In Christ Together

The Savior promised that, where two or three
are gathered in His Name, there He would be
also.  Therefore, the solitary life
and "New Age" methods that explore the self
are both the same---disguises of a myth---
useless as books grown dusty on a shelf
What good is any point in time or space
experienced or sought apart, alone
(and not a single soul to share it with)?---
except to turn the supple heart to stone.
But Jesus has revealed a blessed place
wherein His faithful will meet Life's varied weather:

that is, the great congregation,

those redeemed in the common salvation.

This poem really spoke to me. I typically feel very alone, isolated, but this made me feel part of something. I'm not any one religion, but I do believe in God, Christ, our Lord, Jesus.
