1. Blameless Ennui

When you've been stripped

Of all your hope and pride

When nobody is left

To stand by your side

You have no faith or love

Days are void of joy

Someone's playing with your life

Like it's some kind of toy

Without your strength

You wish to cry

If you think you're empty

Then you believe a lie

The fight is gone

All that's left is hate

Rage is growing stronger

At an undefinable rate

Concious thought is lost

And anger takes control

The emptiness is filled

But you have lost your soul

It is a very real thing to lose your soul in rage. To lose feeling and thought, and ultimatly to feel nothing but rage. I like this poem, and the fact that you see it this clearly is way beyond the normal thought process's of a woman your age. Excellent.
