Darkness comes and comes
I stay by your side, protect you
The more it pushes the stronger I hold on
It’s too much it’s too strong, every time I feel like I’m holding tighter it’s like darkness gets stronger
Slowly away I can see the defeat near, until I look and see there is no darkness,
You are the one escaping, slipping out of my grip.
Light is near, hope is here your darkness went away.
Yet, it went away with me.
All this time fighting against your darkness when there was no darkness there
As the end comes, you’re gone, you’re happy
Happy with the light,
All this time fighting for your darkness that is within me now,
No light, no happiness just darkness.
Darkness without you.
