Universe of The Senses

This

Is our universe

Where you are master, and weaver of dreams

And I humble pay tribute and offer,

Worshipping, sacrificing, praying upon you

In a shrine of the senses,

Betraying reality and escaping in your realm.

Sound,

And the world is enveloped

In a hazy cloud of longing

So intense,

Like a blaze of fire

Its roar so deafening it consumes the mind.

Scent,

And the mind erupts

In passion created by cherry kisses

Sandalwood and incense

And I breathe this scent,

Just to be able to have breath.

Sight,

Burning the vision

Blinding in its beauty, unearthly

Rivaling the sun, shaming the moon

One would never dare to close the eyes.

Taste,

Sinful, delightful

Unforgettable and soft as velvet

Forever imprinted,

As delicious as your name upon the lips

A craving that incites restlessness

In the core of the veins, the very thread of life.

Touch,

Which thrills, breath upon breath,

With excitement that crawls up the spine

And diffuses to every cell in the body

As fiery as a trail of candles

Where with each infinite touch

All is lost and burned to ashes.

A universe of the senses,

In harmonic release

Brought about by mere proximity

Consciousness betrayed.

Passion ignited.

With you.

Cosmic awareness.

Falling and soaring as one.
