I walk the line

Between sanity and not

I battle frequently

To never be caught

What life is

I thought I knew

Yet it turned asunder

It’s gone now too

What I am

I know not

To look in a mirror’s

To see what’s fought

Throw in the towel

Says the voices unknown

Never to die

Life’s fabric is sewn

I walk the line

Between sanity and not

Death it would be

If ever I were caught
