I am more than tranverse myelitis,

although its effects have sometimes filled me with dread,

intruding into my daily efforts, frustrating me.

Still, it cannot disconnect my identity

in Christ, in whom I am Starward-Led.

Although the evil one likes to bully or fight us;

hoping that a sense of despair will have enticed

us; but I rely on my EverBeloved and Champion Protector---Christ.
