sweet tongued symphony
knocks me out of breath again
dreamy wonderings
spacing out in class again
glorious harmony
part your perfect lips again
just breathe the air I'm swimming in
I'm waist high in your exhalations
remember all the words you’ve spoken
I'm knee deep in your exclamations
all the red in your red, red heart
tells me to throw away my reservations
all the blue in your blue, blue smile
reaffirms my exaltations
with all the perfect things you’ve said
and all the perfect thoughts to cross your mind
I'm such a perfect waste of your time
