Maybe oneday I can replace this pen with your lips..

Until that day I'm contented to know your with me in spirit.... And I want you to know that I am there with you...

these are beautiful  words...could you try to write it in two stanzas.
double space between each stanza...This would make your poem
look more professional...I think....Nice
