I just remember stuff I didn't do
That I know for sure
I should have done
The thoughts won't leave my head
I can't help thinking about them
They hurt me
I don't regret
Everything I didn't do
That I should have done
But I remember them
And memory is powerful
And memory hurts
I am in pain
But no one can hurt me
Just me
I hate myself
I can totaly relate to everything in this poem.
this one's cool. You could name it 'coping with the cranium' or 'crazy cranium'. just a suggestion. I read some of your other works. very interesting. keep writing.

DYLAN did a song titled -What good am I- and your poem reminds me of just that and that is a compliment A+ to start -Scorpios= afraid of nothing,i use to have a bunch of scorpio sky diver friends,its a thrill x 10 if you ever get a chance,i'm 53 and with a lot of miles,theres nothing but fun and magic out there,do all you can while you can

if you spend your time hating yourself all coz you let yourself regret something...you learn to do nothing but and then can never be happy coz you hate yourslef everytime someone hates you and everytime you hurt someone
