After the fall

Nature I remained hopeful
as the winter froze
knowing the blooms
and flowers of old
I watered them with my stormy eyes
i cried with them through darkened nights
The sun had scared me into shade
the shadows twisted every blade
the wind, it blew to help me through
the earth recieved the cries from you
the sky of summer brought the bees
the fires brought me to my knees
the morning brought the songs of birds
the whispers echoed voiceless words
