~A Ponygirl Design~

I always use the method of 1-2-3.

and say by the time I get to 3,

you should of listened to me.

I use this way everyday,

count to I'm blue in the face,

sometimes it works but not in every place.

Today my little girl said mommy,

I'm counting to three,

come and listen to me,

so she counts like she's me

and here she goes 1-2-3.

Of course I listened

and went to see.

I started to laugh it was cute,

to see her little fingers holding up 3.

Awhile ago you commented on one of my poems; This poem explains my feelings about it. . .

How can you invade my privacy?
I create a name, to hide my known face,
just so I know, my thoughts are free to flow.
I do not ask for others,
to trespass upon my thoughts,
When it does occur,
I wish respect could be embossed.

Out of millions of pages
How'd you manage to come across my own?
What rights do you think you have
to share advice about living life happily?
You have no excuse and no clue to comment.
You don't even know that it isn't how I feel.
I shouldn't have to explain what my poem represents
Because this space is for myself
And no one else, by ANY means.
Has the rights
To entice upon my life.

I would continue to explain;
to defend my work,
to defend your misinterpretation.
But, that is not what I do.
My poems are for me
and not for you.
Do not give me advice
because it is not right.
You do not know
what you are commenting on;
you slapped me in the face
for misinterpreting it
and pursued a comment
attempting to explain what you think I feel.
Sure, I am glad you could "relate"
but not here. . .
not in my space.

really cute, I use to do the 1-2-3 thing too. I would tell mine if I get to 3 look out! I also had an old African Spoon and Fork decorative that hung on the wall. When the 1-2-3- didn't work I would crack the bowl of the spoon on the table. Well one day the dam thing split and there are my two laughing their butts off asking me if I was going to count to three....
