A Great War

Peace be,

To us all,

For this is the end,

This is our fall

When this world it thru,

And there is no more,

Think of me,

And better the score.

Think of me often,

When times are dim

And when they are not,

Remember him.

His death so notions

I solemnly swear

The tears we have shed

Are no more to bare.

I miss him, dearly

But thru and thru,

His love endures,

I see it in you.

When the war is over,

And Struggle has gone

Battles are no more

And there is a peeking dawn.
