Find a space, a quiet
place
lay lifes troubles down.
Body asleep, mind awake,
a journey ones about to
take.
Floating down, walking
away,
leaving the solid body
lay.
Taking on the inner lite,
necessary, for the flight.
Tis the same, as when
asleep
we project breathing
deep.
Our energy connection,
holds secure,
so the trip, we can endure.
The silver cord remains in
place,
so we can travel, time
and space.
Going where we want to
be,
energized, relaxed, and
free.
Concentration is the key,
so many things to see.

love this! I don't know if I
love this! I don't know if I have ever astral projected. Have had some truly expansive experiences while meditating... merging with the Universe and becoming the stars... among other unique experiences, but astral projection, I'm not so sure about. Sounds fabulous.
