A BUTTERFLY

Folder:
FIELDS OF HEATHER

A butterfly landed on my
shoulder,
Resting for a little while.
Sometimes softly humming,
A penetrating smile.
Why did this happen?,
How was I to know,
A butterfly on my shoulder,
Creating a warming glow.

why it created a glow is because you were open minded to enjoy its existence with your own. I believe butterflies are messengers. May sound far fetched but I had a recent experience where not working I was wondering how I would pay my car insurance. I saw one brown butterfly two days and nights in a row. The next day in the regular mail I received a check for security on my old apt that chick I use to pay my rent to said didn't exist. Her mother being owner of the complex signed and sent it to me.haven't seen the brown butterfly since.Wish I would so it would be a good omen toward a job...
