I hear you in the dark...

You whisper my name...

Perfectly igniting the fire to spark

It is all a part of your foolish game



You are such a malevolent liar

I cannot comprehend how I tolerated you for so long

You were scintillating at the beginning of the fire

Now you are just the mercenary of a tainted song



You thought you were stronger than me...

You thought that you would entice me to play a part in your tattered world

Well let me tell you I wont fall for that...

I am not your girl



You bound me once by your shackles

You sat back and jeered

You thought you would break me

But I didnt, no matter how much I feared



Haunted by your presense, I had to escape

I refused to be your victim, that was not going to be my fate

Nor was I to be your damsel in distress

I surely was never going to be your enchantress...



So I broke free from your chains

I was done playing your game...

I still do not understand why I wanted your heart

You only caused the fire to start....
