Walking all these miles alone

Traveling down these roads by ourselves

The distance makes us colder

We act out of rage and frustration

Time makes us wiser

But the days flown by make us older

It is like we have fallen asleep on pins

The roads are tough and they wind on forever

Will our day finally come when we get to be together

Will it really be as good as we had hoped

It has been such a long time coming

We are waiting for the rain to fall

I just can't wait till that day I get to run into your arms

And hug you so tightly

I vow to never let you go

Because you are my whole world
