Whats the point in believing?

Folder:
July 2007

Bloody tears and mascara stained

Nights lonely only wishing for rain

The pain goes on, neverending

Ripping apart a heart that never got a chance in mending

what is the point in believing

When love is nothing more than deceiving

Making lies and making pleas

Say goodbye to love, hello to all disease

Another scar left on your heart

Close off all connections before anything starts

Don't look that way, you'll only fall

Foolish girl, you won't make it, you'll only stumble into a wall

Slow down you are heading into this way too fast

You need to slow down before you catch up to the baggage of your past

It has no feelings nor does it care if you get hurt

So finding it along the way may be more painful than its worth

Close your eyes and just sit back

Don't let your life get off track

Keep on reaching for the stars, don't give up on your dreams

Little girl, it will get better than it seems.
