Stuffed and Empty

You could never love me

For who I am now

Beauty has turned into beast.

If I could put on

Somebody else's body

Maybe I could make you love me

... again.

Was it real?

Was it lost?

Is it lost forever?

If you held me

It would not feel the same

If you saw me

You might turn your head in shame

Food has become the answer

To the anxiety I feel without you

I've stuffed myself numb

Till I am not bored

I am not scared

I am not as lonely

I am just fat -

Fat and numb.

Fat, numb, and ashamed.

Stuffed and empty.
