Poppies, flags and coins.

On those streets, .....parades.

For those that stand,

and wave.

And others that stood,

Or hovered .....

Near, that open grave.

Too young, to know,

To, comprehend .

A child's innocence ,

Not yet to spoil.

But all too soon, they noticed,

Other's children's fathers.

And realised, that they.....

Had, none.

For it was him....

That they'd stood beside,

Upon that day.

A soldiers sacrifice,

For.......all to see,.... it was,

Their father.....

Who'd
