The Flaws of Humanity

Without You,

Iā€™m a cancer to myself~

The host to the parasite

That is sin.

Without You,

I am wasting away,

Bones frail,

Heart shattered.

I feel Your disappointment

At how my life has turned out;

Not your shame though,

Shame is of Satan.

You understand why I falter,

You know what a

Rampant force the Devil has

On this broken world.

You do not force us

To follow You;

All you do is show us

What you offer

Is truth and love.

And if we reject You,

It is our choice

Because once we do

You will not persistently chase us.

You do not give up either;

You continue Your contacting us

In those little subconscious whispers

So we never feel alone.

And when we finally open our ears

And realize it is You,

You will reveal Yourself to us

In all Your mercy and grace.

But we must pursue You first!

Once we do, peace and joy

Are our rewards

And the knowledge

That someone loves us unconditionally.
