A Unified Body

All that “so-called”

Christians do is

Mess up the message.

That’s where all

These sects,

These divisions

Came about.

Can’t we be

A unified body?

A body with detached limbs

Cannot function;

If we can’t reach,

We cannot touch others.

A body without lips

Cannot reveal the gospel

To the ones

Living in darkness.

A body without ears

Cannot listen

To the suffering around us

And provide healing.

We cannot lead

This lost generation

To salvation

If we appear

To be incomplete.

We belong together;

We needs all parts

Of Christ’s body

Functioning at one time

If we expect to save the world.
