what begins as a seed
sprouts naturally
if given enough care
when the conditions
are just right,
it begins to grow
the roots in the soil
keep it grounded,
the leaves~ connected
soon it will bloom
and display flowers
that give aroma to life
but next the flowers
will close up and
the plant will wither
then it expels seeds
to continue its role in
the course of nature
ii. biology
new beings are birthed
by the God-mandated
act of procreation
they begin as infants
needing to be nurtured
by those who spawned it
through careful parenting,
the creatures mature
and develop into adults
when brains are at
their full capacity,
they can affect the world
but then old age takes
a toll on their bodies
and they begin to wrinkle
everything that is born
will eventually die
and become earth
