The right thing to say.
Or maybe there was
Nothing you can say-
Nothing that would make
Me forgive you.
You dragged me
Along on this fairytale affair
Which I knew would
Never last.
We could not work around
What with the mountains
Of misunderstandings
We faced every day
And the unspoken grudges
I felt for someone
Who would never
Place me first in his life.
I REALLY like this poem I feel the same way. I recently have been thru a breakup just because he never made time for me sure we spent time but we never communicated. You are super talented!!!!!!
