Darkness Embodied

Folder:
Missing Him

Your touch epitomized

All my love, enwrapped

Within its pressure heated

Against my lukewarm skin.

You held all my happiness

Within the palms of your hands

And you gripped it tightly

Until our final embrace.

When our bodies met for

The last time, you transferred

Your soul’s light to me as your

Eyes turned dull charcoal.

Happiness died when your golden

Eyes stopped shining

And the heavens closed up

Keeping joy away from me forever.

the whole poem is perfectly done according to the metres and stress starin method..and I like the frist stanza of this poem which is very romantically started....

All my love, enwrapped
