We stood in shock

Tears in everyone's eyes

Hearts left broken; lives left shattered

We're fine.

Author's Notes/Comments: 

The last line was written in an ironic tone. Of course, we are not fine. I meant that it happened, and we had to learn how to live with it and go on with our lives.

evocative but I question the last line of we're fine, I think we are dealing but I don't think we are fine but that's my opinion

We're fine in terms that we'll go on, but not that's everything alright.
