A Trip Through The Serpent Desolate Time

Late in the night, I swallowed my fright, fasten to sleep, I lay in bed deep. Dreamed and wondered I seeped. Out of my body my soul leaped, beyond the astral nebula's of the sky.
There I vaguely witnessed a four winged man flying above my astral figure, speaking blasphemy against the most high, and in a blinking of an eye, a bright flash of light, I descended from the heavens to the earth.
Pitched-black was my day; I froze in fear, reaching out to my dare, three billion light years from here. From there I have grown, weaker, drawn away from my original goal. There I festered, and fueled my ambitions, I was heading towards my Dark Age.
Isolated for many years, on this amateur planet, I sweared “I shall destroy all that was made by His hands”. From there my name was, and yet is “Kaffer”. I shall be born of a human male, and will harvest a subtle nature, and my looks will deceive the eye, and I shall destroy indeed.

Some really good moments in

Some really good moments in this work but its a little too over rhymed if you cut back a few of the intentional rhymes this has the potential to be a really great piece! I liked it, good work! :)
