They stood out when they wanted to hide
In the star of david they confide
Beaten, taunted, living under curfew
Why's it such a crime to be labeled a 'jew'?
Tales of ghettos, experiments and gore
Hitler's insanity is what caused this war!
Experiments on women, pregnant in bed
Babies mutated, four arms and no head.
Encamped prisoners hear news of warm showers
Deprived of which from long day's hours
As the door locks, their hearts fill with dread
Not showers, a gas chamber instead.
Babies in the furnace, dead bodies on the ground
Starved and helpless they can't make a sound
The horrors of their lives will never heal
I don't know how people can say this wasn't real
It cost some their lives, freedom, and more
For me - it's easy to hate the word war.
Wow... I had an obsession with nazis and the holoucaust[I know I spelled that wrong] at one point. It was just so interesting to me.
