I'm not pretty like the models you see on T.V.

I know I'm not the beauty queen you'd like me to be

I don't have the makeup that have the name of the stars

I don't have a really big house or any fancy sport cars

I don't have clothes like a fasion model would wear

I don't have the best style and color in my hair



do I have to be perfect

why are you so cryptic

always breathing down my neck

do I have to be perfect



my jokes aren't as funny as the ones comedians tell

I'm not as smart as honor students and I can't spell

my kisses don't linger as long as your ex's did before

well I hate to break it to you but your not with her anymore

I don't do things exactly the way that you want me to

my touch doesn't make you feel alive, oh poor baby, BOO HOO!



do I have to be perfect

every part of me you disect

come on , what the heck

my teeth aren't white enough

your sensitive to my touch

I'm not as thin as you want

well you better take what you got

or else you are going to have rejection

in place of all you wanted of perfection
