I cheat

I won't shed a tear for me

And neither should you

I am what I want to be

I do what I want to do

When I have a problem

I won't ask for your advice

I won't expect your sympathy

Your heart should turn to ice

It's not because I hate me

Never will hate you

I'm trying to protect you

From the things that I might do

I can't control my actions

Like others can't control their dreams

I try to act like others

But nothings as it seems

I look like everyone else

But I am not the same

I have no reality

My reality's my game

I have no book of rules

couldn't teach you if I tried

I could have told you I was like you

But then I would have lied

I messed with what I shouldn't have

Now the rules are in my brain

I learned all the cheat cheats

And the game won't be the same

As much as I try to play fair

The cheats are what I am

I have no sense of what not to do

Because I don't know who I am

I can get inside your head

I know your every play

I try not to use them

But what else can I say

Maybe I was wrong before

I don't play the game

I cheat the game

And I win!

This was so awesome. It's good to see some honesty out there and for that you can't be blamed.

I like the rhythm to this poem, I think the idea behind it is kinda um... bad... but at least your being honest, and everyone cheated at least once in life.. whether it be on a board game or school...
