Through the entire year we were with each other

I tried my best to be there as much as I could,

but I don't know why I went so far with you.

In the end it didn't do any good.



Every time I think about the time that we had

I remember those times that I tried to think things out,

but the words wouldn't come to me right.

Look where we ended up now...



You were never there when I needed you.

For so long I trusted that the things you said were true,

but now that it's over I can see clearly too.



I hope you're happy with the way things turned out,

so you can take your life and do what you want with it now.

I don't want anything to do with it anymore.

I won't make that mistake again I have no doubt...
