Furious Heart

Furious Heart

I'm bound within my own regret, my love

I'm drowning within my senses, my own blood.

Wash away the misery with an entire downpour

Take my withering soul, it holds no more worth.

My heart is pounding rapidly through my chest

I feel as though my minds finally put to rest.

I can't contiplate these feelings, this anger

I can't be close to you, I'll put you in danger.

These memories stimulate my brain waves completely

This furious heart of mine has finally stopped beating.

Wash away the misery with an entire downpour

Take my withering soul, it holds no more worth.

Sad, but daunting all the same. Keep up the amazing job, m'dear.

'these memories stimulate my brain waves completely
this furious heart of mine has finally stopped beating'

That line is just pure and utter eloquence. Amazing poem, keep at it.
