The Chosen Tomorrow

We've all lived through a past of seperation and pain

We've all been driven, pushed and blinded and faded.

It's up to you, if you'd rather give up then search

For what is truely yours, for what is of true worth.

This path of yours seems to have devestating turns

In which you cannot keep up with nor decipher.

There are no gates there to open up for me;

[Theres nothing here for me.]

I'm not walking through life for the sake of your sanity.

I know my values in life, I know what I really need

To survive, to smile, laugh, be happy and free; finally.

I chose my path, don't bother choosing it for me

Because my youth is what keeps me going to strongly.

I will make it, I will show every single one of you

Just how much I really have left to fucking prove.

I'm leaving behind the bitterness, the pain and sorrow;

And moving forward, walking through my chosen tomorrow.
