Its a brutal

truth knowing

that love is a lie

that women can

just walk away

without a second thought,

Every time I get involved

my heart is broken and I'm

left with these emotional scars

that will not heal or go away

I wish love were true

but its not because women manipulate its meaning

and turn it into something else entirely,

Its hard living,

knowing the only thing meaningful in life,

is a life full of work and stress

with no hope of sharing that success,

People only care about money and power,

they don't care about love or meaningful relationships,

they exist soley to hurt me inside and out,

I'm alone in life and death,

no one gives a shit about who I am,

the brutal truth of being

me.
