I would kill for my family

I would kill for my peeps

I would kill for my people

Struggling to survive on these streets



But I wouldn't kill over money

I wouldn't kill out of greed

I wouldn't kill for any of the things

You have a person think he needs



So peace to all those seeing hard times

Peace to all those seeing strife

Peace to all the victims of oppression

Out there struggling for they life



Peace to those who choose to live peace

Peace to those who choose not to hate

Peace to those who choose to be a light

To those that lose their way



But where are the children of peace now

I don't see them any more

And now we see what we get

When what we want is WAR
