Here I am. Can you see me?

Right in the middle of this storm

Out the window, the wind blows

The sky darkens

Thunder starts to roar

After the lightning has become a lighbulb

For this dark room I am sitting in

Free electric

I feel unsafe

I stare out the rain drop stained window

I think of you

Why aren't you here?

To hold me close

So I feel protected

Like old times

Your heartbeat against mine

From my view, the storm would then disappear

And the sun would come out

To other people

The storm would be still howling

That silence

Of us not talking

Broke the silence itself

We knew the feeling, well

Without words

Don't walk away

Where are you going?

You can't leave me

I love you

Then I look

My mind sets in

The storm is back
