A DIALOGUE WITH GOD

O my Lord God! O my Beloved!
Invisible You are but I can see you everywhere!
I saw you on the hilly range this evening...
O my Lord God! O my Love of loves!
There was nothing but You that I saw today...
How can I describe it? How to portray,
The glorious grandeur I saw all the way,
From north to south, from east to west!
But I am proud I love you more than before,
More than the previous times, more evermore...
I want to be with You all the time,
Only You and I ...I do dare to say...
I want to come out of self-imposed prison terms,
To feel the ecstasy with Which being near you gives.
Greater it is than the bliss of Paradise,
To be with You only, to talk to You only,
And by doing so, growing wiser than the wise...
On the mountain top where the mysterious brook sings,
And where the doves of Firdous* love to come and spring,
The joys which only the soul can realize...
In chorus their hymns glide in the air,
Free from all materialistic care.
Yes O my Lord God! O my Love of loves!
Just You and I in the mirth of the doves...
The rapturous joy of Love: pure, divine, true,
Just You and me and nothing but us two.
How nice it will be O my Love of loves,
To be with You and the undisturbed groves!
