FROM MY HEART

I came into this world with tears in my eyes,

but love in my heart,

I have lived awhile controlling my sighs,

and the pain in my heart,

I see men and women, children and babies,

suffering from poverty, agonies and miseries,

I want to share with all whatever I have got.

Some toil all day, some fool around all day,

Some only work, while some only play,

I want to reach out and reduce the burden,

of heavy hearts.

I loved whom I found as the best among women,

the fairest and faithful, envied by many men,

With all my heart,

But somehow it failed, things didn't work out,

she left me pining and I felt so left out,

when she left my heart.

I wish I could forget my pain for the others,

and help all those for whom no one bothers...

with my whole heart...

Very beautiful poem. Sometimes
things just don't work out, but we
must carry on. No choice. I enjoy
reading your poetry. Good work.
