No dispute -~- or that'll be it
Listen when he says what's up
No excuses -he'll shut you up
Torn by love - and scarred by life
He walks with power from the fight
Fearless as he presumes his day
Like a lion with nothing in his way
Words may unleash his beast
This is when you might retreat
Forced to grow up so fast
Only to take it as a kick in the ass
He is subject to my sour humor
A sorry attempt to lighten this tumor
Life's circumstances brought him here
~God thank you for making him disapear~
Lord, please bless this man with true life
Filled with your vision of what's right
Thank you Jesus for what happened
And showing me to fight
For my inner light
This is lovely and I hope you will see a change for the better in this man... hopefully he will be blessed with a way to release all of the inner demons that may be causing him to act without thinking of the effects his temper and quick words might have on someone who he cares about... But if something does not change, and you stay existing in this relationship with the potential for anger and vile words always there, then I think you should be readying yourself to move on, because you deserve better :-)
