A love that ended, before it started

My soul mate and I have parted

I felt as if you were the ones

To out glow the moon and out shine the sun



A love that has ended, before it began

I felt the foundation of eternal friends



But like a thief in the night

You came and you left

You stole my heart

And my love you kept



There was silence

No voice, No ringing telephone

No pause than hello

Just me, and only me, just me alone



I was very clear when I said

Please be careful with my heart

I was clear when I said I am fragile

I was clear from that start



Instantly I was blinded

By the words and essence you portray

No more was it my world, but our world

That you took away



What can I say?

What shall I do?

As quickly as we found each other

It appears I have instantly lost you











I would have loved you

Pleasing your every need and desire

So why has we come so abruptly to an end?



I would have been there for you

In what ever you choose

As a lover, as you soul mate, as your friend
