The Outsider

Lifeblood flows within me, my car is low on gas,

I read the advertisements, on the billboards that I pass,

The sun on the horizon, the moonlight down the road,

I have become a victim, of mother nature's code,

My path is still uncertain, my crossroads lie ahead,

I wish that I had some place to be, Wish I could go to bed,

For I am but a drifter, no where for me to be,

The world is my adventure, so much for me to see,

I long to fina my place in time, where i'm forever free,

I long to find that somewhere, where I can just be me...
