Poetry Consider if the world you know,
Was perched upon your back,
And every step you so boldly take,
Brings you one step more off track,
Consider if the life you love,
Was somehow taken away,
And every minute without your hope,
Seems to draw into another day,
Consider if, through fault of your's,
Your dreams were quickly shattered,
And every look that you recieve,
Seems to say that you don't matter,
Consider if, when you grow old,
You're left in this world all alone,
Will you then think, my friend,
Of the kindness others have shown?
So when you go to name someone,
Think back on this and remember,
Before you judge a book by it's cover,
I ask you...just consider.
